In Person Complaints and Allegations Workshop 8th of November 2022

November 8, 2022

NYCI

NYCI is excited to bring you this half-day in person workshop on Responding to Complaints and Allegations in youth work organisations. It is vital that organisations are clear on what is a complaint, and what is an allegation, and that a clear policy and set of procedures are in place for both. These provide a framework for addressing complaints and allegations and a way forward for organisations in managing the response to both. The workshop is supported by a new resource we are developing,  ‘Responding to Complaints and Allegations’, which we hope will support and guide organisations. The half-day workshop will include a brief overview of the resource and how to use it, as well as exercises and group discussion on real world scenarios and case studies.

This workshop will be held in Dublin, at the Communications Workers Union, 575/577 North Circular Road, Dublin 1, D01 TR53

By the end of this workshop you will have gained an increased awareness of good practice in responding to complaints and allegations within your organisation.
