‘Holding space’ network event- Supporting youth work through a minority ethnic lens

March 12 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm GMT

Are you an ethnic minority youth worker or youth leader working or volunteering in the youth sector? If so, this may be of interest to you and your employer.

The National Youth Council of Ireland (NYCI) Holding Space project aims to bring together ethnic minority youth workers and volunteer youth leaders to create a support space, provide reflective learning opportunities and encourage thought leadership for a diverse youth work sector.

This is a space where individuals from minority ethnic backgrounds can feel heard and supported in their practice. The “Holding Space” project aims to build solidarity, foster meaningful connections and positive change within your organisations and community.
