Over the weekend, members of the U.S. Embassy Youth Council Albania and the Youth Council of the US Embassy in the Republic of Macedonia held a joint workshop in Skopje. The members learned valuable professional and leadership skills to help them create impactful change and laid the foundation for future joint projects.
One of the guest speakers in the workshop was the Ambassador of the United States in Macedonia, Jess Baily, who spoke on the topic of “Youth Participation in Decision-Making” and encouraged members of the Youth Councils for more future co-operation for the benefit of the communities.
At the end of the activity, it was also discussed the possibility of joint projects in the future and a working group was set up to discuss ideas for the prospective projects.
